Do I need to buy an iPod to listen to Dr. Ellen's programs?
No! As long as you have a computer that is set up to play sound, you can listen to the lessons right on your computer.

How long does it take to download the lessons?
Each lesson is downloaded individually and consists of two parts (Part A and Part B). Downloads typically take between 2 and 3 minutes per lesson, depending on your internet connection speed.

I never received an email with my login information
Because all of the major providers like AOL, Yahoo, Google and Hotmail have increased their spam filtering, our email to you may be sitting in your Junk or Spam folder. The login for your customer account is located at http://www.marriagecounselingalternative.com/login.htm. If you have forgotten your password, or lost/deleted the email that provided it to you, you can click on the link on that page to have your password resent to you.

I have purchased the entire program. Do I have to download the whole thing immediately?
No. Regardless of whether you have purchased a single lesson, a few lessons, or an entire program, each lesson is downloaded individually. You can, for example, download lesson one Side A on one day, then return to the site (using the password emailed to you) to download Side B at a later date or time.

I have already purchased Lesson One of the program. How can I order additional lessons or workbooks without having to buy Lesson One again?
Using the password provided to you in your Welcome email, log into your Customer Account area located at http://www.marriagecounselingalternative.com/login.htm. On that page you will find a list of products that are available for you to purchase. The products you have already purchased will be removed from the list (to avoid accidentally ordering the same lesson or workbook twice).

I downloaded a lesson, but accidentally deleted it. How can I re-download that lesson?
If you have not yet downloaded all of the lessons you have ordered, and need to re-download a lesson, please contact orders@marriagecounselingalternative.com with the following information:
- Your original order number (if you have it)
- The email address you purchased your products with
- Your password
- The lesson number and side (A or B) that you need to re-download or, the workbook you need to re-download
Our staff will reset the download for that lesson or workbook and send you an email informing you when it is ready.

Can I order both the Light His Fire and Light Her Fire programs at the same time?
Since the Light His Fire and Light Her Fire programs are specifically designed for women and men separately, they must be purchased separately. This way both you and your spouse will have your own login password to download the individual lessons or workbooks.
